Dr. David F. Bogacki is a highly experienced clinical and forensic psychologist, specializing in legal matters involving mental competency, and criminal responsibility for both adolescents and adults. He serves as an expert witness for attorneys in court cases, offering evaluations and consultations. Dr. Bogacki is board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in the following areas: forensic psychology, clinical psychology, clinical child and adolescent psychology, and school psychology. He is a retired Professor of Psychiatry at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.
